Matts Rosenberg appointed Chief Operating Officer of Rettig Group
Matts Rosenberg, Ph.D. (Econ), Finance, (39) has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Rettig Group Ltd. He will be a member of the Rettig Group management team and reports to Rettig Group’s President and CEO, Tomas von Rettig.
As COO, a new position within Rettig Group, Matts will focus on investment origination and execution as well as value creation in our Core Investments, which today include Rettig ICC, Nordkalk and the associated company Alandia. He will also be responsible for developing Rettig Group’s strategy and investment process, and heads up Group Treasury.
Matts comes to Rettig Group from Finnish Fortaco Group, a private equity-owned mechanical engineering company with operations across Europe, where he is CFO & Deputy CEO. Prior to Fortaco Group, he worked as an investment professional at European private equity firm IK Investment Partners (formerly Industri Kapital) based in Stockholm, Sweden.
