Rettig Group has signed EUR 50 million loan agreements
Rettig Group Ltd has signed two loan agreements amounting to a total of EUR 50 million. The creditors are Pohjola Bank Plc and Danske Bank Plc. Both loan agreements have a five years maturity with an option for maximum two years extention. The loans are floating rate bullet loans. The financing is for general corporate purposes and partly replaces the EUR 58.15 million bond that matured in June 2015.
