Rettig Group signs new 110 MEUR 5-year revolving credit facility

Rettig Group has signed a new 5-year euro denominated revolving credit facility for 110 million.

The facility is primarily a back-up facility and refinances the 80 million euro revolving credit facility dated 30 June 2010 as well as two existing bilateral facilities amounting to 30 million euro.

The following banks participated in the facility (alphabetical order): Danske Bank A/S, Helsinki Branch, as coordinator and mandated lead arranger as well as Nordea Bank Finland Plc, Pohjola Bank Plc and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) as mandated lead arrangers. Danske Bank A/S acts as agent.
