Terveystalo is Rettig Group’s new core investment

Terveystalo, a leading healthcare service company in Finland, is Rettig Group’s newest core investment. Our stake in Terveystalo is 10.1% which makes us one of the five largest owners of the company. The recent IPO of Terveystalo was oversubscribed and the company’s shares started trading on the prelist of the Nasdaq Helsinki today.

Rettig Group’s other core investments include the wholly owned companies Rettig ICC and Nordkalk as well as minority holdings in Alandia and eQ. Our long-term objectives are to realise net asset value growth, to diversify risk and to maintain a strong balance sheet.

We own businesses and assets across different industries and geographies that together deliver stable returns at a lower combined risk level. Rettig Group is an active owner with an indefinite investment horizon in its core investments.
