Topi Jokiranta (b. 1975), MBA, joined the firm in 2013. His previous roles at Rettig included Treasury Manager and Head of Group Treasury. Prior to Rettig Topi has worked in various Treasury roles internationally at Cadbury Plc, Diageo Plc, Tesco Plc and Carestream Health Inc. Topi holds an MBA from Aalto University Executive Education (Helsinki, Finland) and AMCT certificate from The Association of Corporate Treasurers (UK).

John Lindström (b. 1985), M.Sc. (Econ.), Finance, joined Rettig in 2015. He has worked in Rettig’s investment team in various positions with both our core investments as well as our financial investments. Prior to Rettig John has worked in international Investment Banking roles at Navigo Partners and Citi as well as a Ratings Analyst at S&P. John holds an MSc from Hanken School of Economics.

Roger Lönnberg (b. 1975), M.Sc. (Econ.) Finance, joined Rettig in 2011. His main previous roles at Rettig include CIO of Rettig Group, Head of Investment Management at Rettig Capital as well as serving as CoB of Alandia Insurance, a company where Rettig held a large ownership previously. He has also been heading our Family Office operation since 2013. Prior to this, he has worked various investment management roles at Norvestia Plc, eQ Asset Management and Neomarkka Plc. Roger holds a M.Sc. in Finance from the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki.

Josefin Strömberg (b. 1986), LL.M, joined Rettig as General Counsel in 2022. Previously she worked as an attorney-at-law with mergers and acquisitions and corporate matters in an international environment at DLA Piper Finland Attorneys. Josefin holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki.

Helena Svancar joined Rettig in January 2026. Prior to Rettig she was a Partner at Verdane, focusing on software investments and the Head of M&A at Ericsson. She has two decades of experience in investment banking and spent ten years at Deutsche Bank, where she was Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance Nordics. She also serves on the board Truecaller, the leading Caller ID and spam-blocking app. Helena holds a CEMS Msc. in Finance and International Management from the Stockholm School of Economics and the University of St. Gallen.

Erik Wijnbladh (b. 1981), M.Sc. (Engineering), B.Sc. (Business and Economics), joined Rettig as Director in 2022. Before joining, he was a Senior Manager within the venture capital and start-up team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Erik has a solid experience in venture and growth capital investments from previous work at the European Investment Fund (EIF) and Saminvest. Erik holds a Master of Science in Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Uppsala University. He has also studied law and finance at Stockholm University, Executive Education Programs at Harvard Business School in the USA and IMD in Switzerland.
