Helena Svancar joins Rettig as CIO
Helena Svancar joins Rettig Investment AB, in Stockholm, as Chief Investment Officer effective January 2026. In her new role, Helena will be responsible for overseeing Rettig’s overall investment activities, with a particular focus on Private Market Investments, supporting the firm’s long-term growth and value-creation strategy.
Helena brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience in investments, M&A and corporate strategy & development. She has spent the past two decades in London, holding senior positions across global corporations and financial institutions including most recently as Partner at Verdane, a specialist growth equity investment firm. Prior to that, she served as Global Head of M&A at Ericsson and Head of Nordic Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank, where she led major cross-border transactions and strategic initiatives. Helena is a graduate from the Stockholm School of Economics.
