Rettig Group Ltd (Rettig Group) has on 1 September 2022 sold 1,575,000 shares in Purmo Group Plc (Purmo Group) to a selected group of institutional investors. The divested shares represent approximately 3.70 of all the shares and votes in Purmo Group. After the transaction, Rettig Group’s holding in Purmo Group amounts to 26,373,971 shares, which represents 61.89 percent of all shares and votes in the company. Rettig Group intends to continue as a significant shareholder in Purmo Group supporting the company’s long-term strategy and has agreed to a lock-up of 90 days, subject to certain exceptions.
Purmo Group is a leader in sustainable indoor climate comfort solutions with an offering that covers heating and cooling, its distribution, ventilation, emission and control.
Nordea Bank Abp and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) Helsinki Branch acted as joint bookrunners in the transaction.
